About the Site

When was this site created?
I can't even remember anymore (and I'm too lazy to look it up)... Several years ago, probably, when I first got into dolling. I didn't have a site for a long time but then I did. M'yup.

Why did you choose the name "Et cetera"?
I was on the phone with the GoDaddy guy trying different things to see if they were taken, and in my haste to come up with something, I tried all combinations of et cetera.something that I could think of, and et-cetera.us was the only one that wasn't taken. It doesn't have any significance really. ...That's kind of sad.

This site looks kind of half-finished.
Yeah, ETC has always been in some series of work-in-progress. I'm a perfectionist and I shoot my ambitions very high, then lose steam trying to make everything the way I want it. Then I make new dolls and have to redo everything. I'm hoping this layout at least can stay for a while.

Why "Yuna"?
When I joined Eden Enchanted, I was working on a doll of Yuna from Final Fantasy X. I carried it over to GLAM! and now I just go by that everywhere I doll, to keep things consistent.

What did you use to make the website?
I make all the graphics in Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8; my dolls are pixeled but the layers makes my life easier (also it slices images for you and makes them transparent!) I recommend it as an alternative to Photoshop. All the coding is done manually (painstakingly ;;) in Notepad. I learned the basics from Lissa Explains and then Google as needed!

Can you do insert favor here for me?
Nope! I'm a firm believer in figuring things out for yourself. At the very least, it builds character. Also, I am lazy.
